My story

Hair styling is in my blood. My mom and two out of my three sisters are stylists. I come from a family of all girls where hair and makeup and playing dress up was a daily occurrence. I knew from a really young age that I wanted to do hair for a living (and I’ve been a hair stylist for 20 years now). But it wasn’t until my thirties that I found a passion and excitement for bridal styling.

As a woman who has experienced her fair share of love stories and heart breaks, I’m a hopeless romantic. At thirty, I was recently divorced after a ten year marriage and was suddenly seeing love and romance all over again in a completely different season of my life. It became hopeful and exciting. The entire bridal industry was like this magical world where love was promising. I witnessed the joy and magic and romance that accompanied a wedding and I was HOOKED. It was like the biggest dose of endorphins.

Bridal styling not only gives me the satisfaction of being creative, but it allows me to be a part of a really important day in a woman’s life. It’s so much fun, it truly is! The bride is surrounded by all her important people, champagne is being popped, music is playing, and the vibe of the day is pure excitement and joy. Who wouldn’t want that to be your workplace?!? And I get to make gorgeous hair dreams come true? SIGN ME UP!

And that’s how Rogue Bridal co was brought to life. :)
